When you register or apply for financing we collect your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and the information you choose to share (employment status, income range, housing, down payment). We also record your bids and Buy It Now actions. If you start a purchase online, we additionally collect your home address (for title and registration paperwork) and date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older). We never collect Social Security numbers on this site — formal credit applications and payment cards are handled only on our dealer management system's (DealerCenter's) secure pages.
We do not sell your personal information. Bid history shown publicly is anonymized ("Bidder 1", "Bidder 2"). Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes.
This site uses cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure site activity and to show you relevant ads for our vehicles on Facebook, Instagram, and partner networks after you visit (retargeting). Information collected includes pages viewed, vehicles viewed, and actions taken (such as registering or bidding), associated with your browser. If you request financing, the information you provide may be shared with our finance department and, with your consent during the formal application, with third-party lenders. We may disclose information when required by law.
